Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders over £70 within the UK. All orders placed within the UK before 1:00pm will be to your doorstep within 2 business days. All orders placed after 1:00pm will arrive to you within 3 business days.
We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. Please email email@example.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.
We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse. Shipping options are calculated at checkout and are subject to local carrier.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless specifically calculated and paid at checkout. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery unless already paid.
Refused shipments will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only, minus the initial shipping costs.
You can return any product purchased on our site within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with instructions for next steps.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and without damage, in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
